Who needs it? Now, the number of people who say they eat every day, honestly, a balanced diet rich in fruits, nuts and vegetables, whole grains, dairy products, along with chicken and fish is not only low, is simply nonexistent.People who think they are good, most do not realize the huge amount that is consumed to keep the "balanced diet".
Okay it does almost everyone is a multivitamin, but choose which one? After 30,000 + vitamins on the market, so the choice is usually the case to find the bottle you think looks the best ... or the cheapest. After all, a vitamin A vitamin is right?
Fortunately, seven Canadian and American biochemists have come to saveus of our ignorance. They looked at each other and compare what each of these multi-vitamins separating and measuring each ingredient - that is, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other components.
They put together the "perfect" multi-vitamin that does not really exist, because some vitamins must be taken separately and would be the size of large chestnut tree, and pretty hard to digest!
They examined how absorbable the vitamins were, if they were rightAmount / shape and variety of vitamins and minerals. It was also seen in the right combinations of vitamins in the body's needs. The score was how close everyone was to find the perfect multivitamin to 100%.

An incredible 50 of a total of 110 multi-vitamins do not even reach 10%, and only the top 11 multivitamins were more than 25% of what the human body needs daily.
The popular supermarket brands all possible features below 10%, sinceforced to compete on price with other supermarkets. The disadvantage for you, this means that the product you take each day is a very bad supplement.
In other words, you get what you pay for. In some cases, ignorance is a blessing, in others it is a big wake-up call. My father has supplements for many years, before and after he developed cancer and not the quality of what we consume interviewed. After reading this, he wondered why he always thought there was something for which researchimportant to your health if a great job of finding something else that had bought.
My advice, choose a multivitamin that is supported by a large company with a good reputation and do not buy any vitamins because of the price. It would be better, the money for something else.
